Interim Supervisor Request

All Graduate Students are required to identify an “interim supervisor” for their Graduate Studies.  We welcome enquiries for possible supervisors for graduate study in the area of telehealth.

Please note that preliminary contact with the GeHRT to identify an interim supervisor when formally applying to the Department of Community Health Sciences, does NOT constitute acceptance into the Graduate Studies Program or guarantee that a Supervisor can be identified.

To request an interim supervisor for your studies, please submit the following to Judy Hunter at hunterj@ucalgary.ca:

  • a copy of your up to date curriculum vitae (CV)
  • a cover letter that highlights:
    • those qualifications,  experiences, and activities you feel are related to e-health graduate studies
    • an outline of your anticipated research interests and directions, and your career aspirations
    • your first choice of a faculty member to act as an interim supervisor, and an explanation of why that person was selected
    • your plans for financial support during your graduate study period.
